About the team

CapMan’s Legal team has an overall responsibility for CapMan Group’s legal and tax issues. These include, among others, Group’s general corporate legal tasks including corporate governance issues, compliance with regulations relating to the Group’s business and operations (e.g. fund management, investment advisory and listed company status) and matters relating to the establishment and operation of private equity and other alternative investment funds. The team consists of XX members in Helsinki.
