We at CapMan Growth make significant investments in unlisted Nordic growth companies. We look for entrepreneur-led companies with rapid organic growth that are in the category leader position or have the ability to become one. About the role

Working as an Investment Associate in CapMan Growth, you will get the opportunity to be involved in different phases of the investment process – from sourcing of new investments to executing transactions – and actively support our portfolio companies in value creation during the holding period. Your daily tasks will include e.g.

• Deal flow generation

• Company and market analysis

• Financial modelling and valuation

• Preparing presentations for both potential investments and existing portfolio companies

• Coordinating all aspects of investment process, due diligence and external advisers

• Hands-on support in development of our portfolio companies

Who you are

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

• Enthusiasm towards entrepreneurship, investing and growth companies

• Ability to combine professional mindset with a laid-back attitude and great sense of humour

• Approx. 2-4 years of experience from working within investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategy and business development, or similar

• Higher education degree in relevant area such as finance, economics or engineering

• Strong analytical skills and e.g. master the use of PowerPoint and Excel

• Fluency in both Finnish and English

• Strong drive, proactiveness and team player skills

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal presentation skills

• Hands-on financial modelling experience and solid understanding of corporate finance

• Strong interest in private equity and a desire to be part of the team for the long term

Our recruitment process

This is a permanent, full-time position.
