This is an opportunity for you to join CapMan in the role as Intern as part of the Fund Investor Relations team.
About the team
We are seeking a part-time (4 days per week) Intern to join our Fund Investor Relations team in Helsinki for the spring term, with possibility of extending beyond the spring term. This is a unique opportunity to familiarize yourself with private equity fundraising and get a front-row view of private equity, fund investor relations work and international B2B sales. The CapMan Fund Investor Relations team is responsible for coordinating CapMan’s fundraising and fund investor relations activities across CapMan’s asset classes. The team is co-operating closely with all CapMan’s investment teams and covering a global investor base.
About the role
As an Intern in the Fund Investor Relations team, your tasks will include e.g.:
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Monitoring, analysing and collecting data from investor databases.
Assisting in market research and analysing market trends within private assets.
Support in preparing presentations.
Overall support for the Fund Investor Relations team.
Who you are
To be successful in this role we believe that you:
Are at the later stage in your Bachelor’s or early Master’s degree (either University of Applied Sciences or academic) in business administration, economics or a related field
Have good communication, numerical and analytical skills[AL1.1]
Approach tasks with initiative, structure and attention to detail
Have a hands-on mindset and eagerness to help others.
Are comfortable handling manual, structured tasks efficiently.
Possess good MS Office skills (experience in data management tools is considered a plus).
Have a keen interest in the private assets, capital raising and B2B sales.
May have previous experience in related fields (not required but considered an advantage)
Have proficiency in English (required), knowledge in other Nordic language will be considered an advantage

Our recruitment process
