About the team
In the CapMan Real Estate team we execute both value add and stable income-focused investment strategies across all major property sectors in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Our active value-add funds seek to acquire transitional properties in the most liquid Nordic markets where an asset can be enhanced by active rental and cost management, investments in redevelopment, change of use, or repositioning. Our Nordic Real Estate operations include approximately 80 committed real estate investment professionals. With a strong focus on sustainability, innovation and value creation, we have established a solid reputation for delivering exceptional results and are dedicated to driving superior returns for our investors.
CapMan Real Estate’s Finance Team is responsible for the finance and control of the real estate funds and products managed by CapMan Real Estate. We are a team of 14 finance, controlling and accounting professionals.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join the CapMan Real Estate Finance Team and contribute to a wide range of activities related to the financial management of our real estate funds. In this role, you will participate in management and investor reporting projects for the funds managed by CapMan Real Estate, while also supporting ongoing reporting processes and ad hoc analyses.
You will play an active role in the development of our real estate and fund data management capabilities and contribute to the advancement of our data warehouse platform. We work in a hands-on, collaborative way — meaning you will work closely with other members of the CapMan Real Estate Finance Team and gain broad exposure to the operations of a leading real estate investment manager.
Who you are
To be successful in this role we believe that you
are in the final stages of your Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Economics, or a related field;
enjoy working with numbers and have a genuine interest in transforming data into meaningful insights and reporting; and
combine strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the bigger picture and connect your work to broader business objectives.
We value a hands-on attitude, strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop. From time to time, priorities may shift and workloads can become demanding, so the ability to work effectively under pressure is important.
At CapMan, however, we believe that the best results are achieved together. Even during the busiest periods, we support one another, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively towards our goals. Therefore, we are looking for a true team player who enjoys working with others.
As part of our international organisation, excellent written and spoken English skills are required. Good command of another Nordic language will be considered a plus.
